Default Takaku Fuke

Takaku Fuke is one of the pioneers of Mixed Martial Arts in Japan, having fought such legends as Ken and Frank Shamrock, Masakatsu Funaki, Minoru Suzuki, Bas Rutten, Ryo Chonan, and Maurice Smith, mainly in Pancrase. His total record is 16-28-5, so, yeah not necessarily top 50 material in that sense...

In fact I'm mainly posting this because he now shows up from time to time in Osaka Pro Wrestling. I got a great pic of him and wanted to post it somewhere. I figured that this site might be the one place I know where other people would find some random news about a former Pancrase guy to be any kind of interesting...

Anyway, he has a great schtick in Osaka Pro where he acts all befuddled and nonplussed when they work their comedy wrestling around him instead of fighting him straight up. There is a less fortunate but still pretty amusing bit where he gets into mixed tag matches and tries to goad 1990s Joshi stars into his guard... I really would love to know how he got involved with these guys.
