Here's a tough question about catch-weight fights: How does Shields subbing Lawler impact both men? It surely should drop Lawler down in MW since it would fall into the MW category according to these catch weight rules (which I agree with). But I would think it should also move Shields up the WW rankings - moving up a few pounds and subbing a top 10 (and arguably top 5) opponent in 1 round has to count for something, yes?
